Chef Leo’s journey in the culinary world, leading to Fausto’s Italian Kitchen, is rooted in tradition, resilience, and passion. For the past 18 years, he has dedicated himself to the art of catering, treating his team like family and his guests like honored friends.

In 2020, during one of the most challenging times for restaurants, Chef Leo proudly took ownership of Fausto’s Italian Kitchen and Catering. He is deeply grateful for the support of loyal customers and remains committed to providing the very best in authentic Southern Italian cuisine and warm hospitality. Today, Chef Leo and the Fausto’s team are proud to serve as a cornerstone of the Arlington Heights community — creating meals made with heart and bringing people together around the table.
